Many years have passed since, in the mid-80s, I began dealing with the holiday rental of villas, castles, farmhouses, apartments, and estates.

With "Cuendet," a company of which I became a partner and directed for over 18 years, we created – as true pioneers – the first offering of luxury holiday homes starting from Tuscany, our home region, and then expanding throughout Italy with over 5,000 proposals, becoming – in less than a decade – the world leader in the charming holiday home sector.

From that unforgettable experience, together with my new travel companions at Geco Vacation Rentals, we wanted to preserve the same core foundations: the pursuit of quality, obsessive precision, attention to the needs of both property owners and guests, personalization and adaptability of contractual relationships, willingness to listen and provide timely support, and the creation of excellent and lasting interpersonal relationships based on mutual satisfaction, esteem, and respect.

In other words, in a tourism world where standardization, excessive technology, and the depersonalization of human relations now prevail, where quantity wins over quality, and where you only speak with call centers or chat with AI-generated "avatars," we have proudly remained "craftsmen of human relationships." This we do without, however, giving up the most advanced technological tools that allow us to achieve, most likely, the best performance in the tourist rental market and a very high degree of customer satisfaction.
